Bizkaia Arena is perfectly adapted to the requirements of persons with any kind of disability. Access to seating for these persons is at the same level as the entrance into the venue and there are 144 blue seats with armrests that are not put on sale and are reserved for these people and their companions.

A lift is available for access to other levels.
