INTRODUCTION:
After 15 sessions as the leading fair in its sector, PROMA, the International Environment Exhibition, has changed and evolved into GEO2, the Sustainable Development Fair. Innovation and differentiation will provide GEO2 2008 with new content, new items, higher quality and greater return for all participating companies and institutions. The 3 pillars of sustainable development, namely environment and energy, economy and society, will become the true leading players of this inspiring first edition of GEO2 that will be held in the Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC) from 4 to 7 November 2008.
Within the framework of GEO2 2008, the Basque Enterprise Europe Network, the Cluster Association of Environmental Industries of the Basque Country (ACLIMA), the Energy Cluster Association of the Basque Country and the Basque Energy Board (EVE) will organise, in collaboration with the Sector Groups Renewable Energy and Environment, a Brokerage Event on Sustainable Development that will take place on 6 and 7 November 2008.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Register and submit a technology or business co-operation profile online under: www.geo2.innovationrelay.net. Profiles are published in a constantly updated online Catalogue. A printed copy of the final Catalogue will be handed out to the participants the day of the event.
Companies consulting the online Catalogue, may select interesting profiles and request a meeting with the proposing company at any moment. Meeting requests must be confirmed by both sides in order to be scheduled.
Each participant will receive a personalised meeting agenda in due time before the event. The duration of each one-to-one meeting will be 30 minutes. The working language is English.
The deadline for registering and submitting profiles is 10 October 2008 and the deadline for requesting bilateral meetings is 17 October 2008.
