Due date of invoice for floor space and insurance policies: 15.01.2009
Deadline for receipt of data for the exhibition catalogue: 20.01.2009
Deadline for receipt of applications for compulsory services: 25.02.2009
Deadline for receipt of applications for non compulsory services: 03.03.2009
Begining of stand construction: 18.03.2009
End of stand construction and entry of exhibits: 24.03.2009 - 3.00 p.m.
End of dismantling and removal of exhibits: 03.04.2009
