A chance to sample high-quality dishes prepared by illustrious chefs.



3. TASTE LABORATORIES

Educational tastings designed to stimulate the senses and reveal where different foods come from.

4. ISLANDS OF TASTE

Restaurants where exclusive dishes are prepared using products that encapsulate the SLOW FOOD philosophy: lunches and dinners at very appetising prices.



Talks with a high media content given by the founders of SLOW FOOD, leading producers and well-known artisan food makers and chefs.

6. ALGUSTO SLOW FOOD DINNERS

Exclusive restaurants in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipúzkoa serving dishes made with Slow Food products in their restaurants.
